Job Description: Customer Service Manager

Position will be responsible for overseeing customer service from plant service tap to customer premises, including any service issues within the customer’s home, as well as all dispatch functions for the company.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure that customers requiring service calls or product installations receive prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
• Supervise service and installation technicians throughout Zito Media cable television systems.
• Oversee dispatch operations throughout Zito Media cable television systems.
• Hire and train qualified service and installation technicians and dispatchers.
• Provide technical support for service and installation technicians working in the field.
• Help company comply with technical and customer service regulatory requirements, as well as its EEOC obligations.
• Ensure that Zito Media technicians are dispatched efficiently to customer homes while maximizing the quality of customer service.
  

Position Requirements:

• Superior supervisory skills
• Previous experience in supervising cable television service and installation technicians and dispatchers
• Previous experience with fiber optic designs and network architectures, high speed internet services, voice over internet (VOIP) telephone services, and the various platforms required for all voice, video, and data products offered by Zito Media
• Working experience with voice, video, and data equipment located on the customers’ premises, including cable converter boxes, high speed modems, and VOIP telephones
• Previous experience with cable television dispatch functions.
• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, work flexible shifts and extended hours as needed
• Must be high energy, positive attitude, team player
