  1. Do notes indicate the problem is on the customers end?
  2. Does Dora show a problem on Zito's end?
  3. Is a maintainence already scheduled?
  4. Has customer had multiple service calls within the last 6 weeks?

If this is a Zito problem is customer willing to alllow another attempt with our most quailified tech in the area?
