UPDATE invoice address.
If current address is both service and invoice address, add a new invoice address.
If different addresses are used for service and invoice, EDIT the invoice address, DO NOT add a third address!

NOTE: Review addresses under Manage Packages to be sure new invoice address shows under Bill To Location
