ENSWITCH: Check to see if number is registered. Is there a red X?
- Commerce
- Search - Verify the Search for field is set to ""Customer by name""
- Enter the customer's phone number in the Name or number field
- Click Update - Wait for page to load
- Click "The Telephone Number" next to "switch" If anything is in the Account number: section, delete it
- Click save at the bottom on the page
- Click Features (on the left side)
- Click Telephone lines
- Check for the red X on the upper right.
