IF THE INTERFACE TO ENSWITCH HAS CHANGED

ENSWITCH: Check to see if number is registered. Is there a red X?

Instructions:
  1. Commerce
  2. Search - Verify the Search for field is set to ""Customer by name""
  3. Enter the customer's phone number in the Name or number field
  4. Click Update - Wait for page to load
  5. Click "The Telephone Number" next to "switch" If anything is in the Account number: section, delete it
  6. Click save at the bottom on the page
  7. Click Features (on the left side)
  8. Click Telephone lines
  9. Check for the red X on the upper right.
