ZIP: Remove Device and re-add under Voice and Refresh
Does MTA mac now have a Provision Type of Voice?

Instructions:
  1. Copy MTA mac
  2. Remove the MTA and place it in the Office as Clean
  3. Click Add Equipment
  4. Product - Type the beginning of the CM model and choose the same model as the modem when the list displays. Once the model is selected, click the green check at the bottom

    5. IMPT: Set Provision Type to Voice

  5. Paste MTA MAC in to the Tag field and click the green check
  6. Click the green check to exit the screen and then Requery the business partner
  7. Create an Immediate No Truck Refresh Services Work Order
    • Execution: Immediate No Truck
    • Type: Refresh Services
    • Category: Refresh Existing Services
    • Reason Code: Refresh Services
    • Current Subscription
      • Internet Actions set to Provision Internet - Update Voice Action set to Provision Voice - Create
  8. Click Process
