1. Verify customer is using the port listed for the number on the phone link tab.


2. Port 1 is typically the top gray port or gray port on the left and port 2 is below.


3. Ethernet port is yellow.

TIP: be sure to put back to original (if moved) and if service is not restored

Is dial tone restored?
