1. Have the customer check the Speed and Duplex setting on their Network Adaptor.
2. Change setting to 1.0Gb.
3. In the Start menu, type in Device Manager Locate the Network Adaptor on the left side of the panel
4. Search for the Network Interface Card or Realtek Adapter in the drop down menu.
5. Double click the NIC Card or Realtek device

(CHECK WITH A SUP or ROAMER IF YOU ARE UNSURE)

Click Advanced and scroll to the bottom to Speed and Duplex If the Value is set to Auto negotiate, change it to 1.0 Gb.
