Login to Tv2Go BrowserTv2Go Browser using an incognito window as the customer.

TIPS:

1. Guide- do you see program names?
2. All others- tune to same channel as customer and attempt to replicate
3. Record- Record for 1-2 minutes, then attempt to watch it.

You MUST log out of account by deleting your Device under browser on the Assets page of the account holder in Conklin.
