Are the Authenication and all 4 VAS options completed and Authentication (Username/Password)?

Instructions:
On right side of screen, click View (eye)

1. Click Users and Subscriptions
2. Under the User VAS Service, see if only webTV shows or if all 4 (webTV, Weather, Replay and Record) display.( 4 green check marks)
3. Click Network
4. On the Authentication, click the box with 2 arrows on the right and be sure the Username and Password fields are completed.
