ZITO WEB FRONT END: Provide customer with correct username and password.

Instructions

1. Click once on the customer name.
2. On the top right of the screen, click on the EYE
3. On the Basic Information tab
• username = Last Name
4. Click on the Contract tab
• password = Contract Numbe
5. Click on the Network tab.
• Confirm Authentication information matches last name and contract Number above

TIP: Be sure they are pushing the correct buttons on the remote to enter their information.
