ZITO WEB FRONT END: Search for subscriber.

Instructions: On left side of screen

1. Front End - click the down arrow
2. Subscribers – click the down arrow
3. Click Subscriber Management
4. In the gray area under Subscriber Management in the search window
• Search the customer using the Last name and press Enter.
• Use the Filters to refine search if needed
• If you need to use the contract ID (account number), click the downward arrow to open the full search screen
• Enter the first 6 digits of account in the Contract field
