Zito Media is pleased to announce that we will be purchasing the Elko broadband system from Satview Communications on Monday, December 2nd. Zito is headquartered in Coudersport, PA and serves just over 61,000 customers with video, internet and phone service in rural markets in 21 states across the country. Like Satview, Zito Media has a strong customer service focus, and assistance is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. This letter is meant to introduce you to some of the options for service that come with being a Zito Media customer.
If you have an issue or question about your service or your bill, you can contact us anytime at
1-800-365-6988. We are open 24 hours/day every day of the year. Our US-based customer service support team does not utilize contractors and are trained to troubleshoot and resolve the issues that you may experience quickly and effectively.
INVOICE PAYMENT OPTIONS
We will continue to support auto pay with either a credit card or ACH. If you choose ACH with us, you will receive a monthly discount of $2 on your Zito service. You can also have an email bill sent to you and avoid having to deal with a paper statement.
You will also be able to make one-time payments online on our website at zitomedia.com. Look under the link My Zito and then select Pay Bill to register your account and payment information.
There is also an option to pay through our interactive voice response menu without speaking with an agent. Just call 1-800-365-6988 and select option 1. Initially, you will need a four-digit PIN number to process your payment. We have pre-loaded a four-digit PIN for you as the last four numbers of your current account phone number on record from Satview.
Zito Media is committed to providing our customers with reliable, fast internet service! We will continue to operate with the current speed tiers offered by Satview Communications; however, we will be working to launch faster downloads speeds in the future.
If you experience any issues with your internet service on Monday, December 2nd, please reboot your modem (power off, power on). If you continue to have any issues with your internet service after the reboot please contact our customer call center at 1-800-365-6988.
If you are a current voice customer, Zito Media has been in contact with you by letter to coordinate the transfer and porting of your current phone number to Zito Media’s VoIP platform. If you have returned your LOA there should be no issues with the porting of your voice services on Monday, December 2nd. If you are experiencing any issues on December 2nd, please call us at 1-800-365-6988.
Zito will continue to offer voice services in your area and our plans include unlimited calling within the United States and Canada for one low monthly rate. We can also set it up for your voice mail messages to be delivered to your email address.
The video service will use the same equipment that you are already using, if applicable.
If you experience issues with your video service on December 2nd, please reboot/power on and off, your converter. If you experience any issues with your video service after the reboot please contact our customer call center at 1-800-365-6988.
Due to contractual issues, Zito Media will be removing the following programming from your channel line-up on Monday, December 2nd. We apologize for any inconvenience.
