Zito Media is seeking candidates for a part-time Outbound Sales Representatives to educate and sell our products to existing and new customers. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will work an evening schedule when customers are home explaining the features and benefits of our “state of the art” products such as HD Video, High-Speed Internet, and Digital Phone. Approximately 20-25 hours per week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Based on specific projects assigned, sells single or bundled HD Video, High-Speed Internet, and Digital Phone products to existing or new residential customers via telephone.
- Sells primarily from outbound campaign lead lists to include new and upgrade customer opportunities.
- Develops new business leads through referrals and networking.
- Sells within the product, scope, and revenue framework and solves basic customer issues referring more complex issues to customer service.
- Maintains consultative sales and negotiation skills through ongoing training and development.
- Remains current on information regarding products and services as well as the competitive landscape.
- Utilizes a consultative approach with customers in making transactional sales.
- Enters customer order data and billing information into the billing system.
- Follows sales process and order methods to ensure the sales order is accurate and complete.
- Maintains a customer relationship management system collecting a record of callback leads.
- Follows up with all callback leads on a daily basis until a final resolution is achieved.
- Contacts the customer after the sale to ensure they are satisfied with the service, explores additional needs, then asks for referrals.
- Must be prompt, punctual and have regular attendance.

- Prior telephone sales experience or similar type customer interaction.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Experience with billing systems, Microsoft Office, and Skype strongly preferred.
- Ability to learn company software.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivating.
- Proficient time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
