A Voice Services Administrator will enter and process voice orders for new and ported telephone numbers. This person will be the primary contact for post sales service order information gathering and will work with CLEC’s and 3rd party ancillary service companies to process and implement services. This includes and planning, staging, configuring and implementing services for Zito customers.
LNP/LSR administration and activation
NPA/NXX – number administration
Commercial services and residential porting and number assignments
Managing CLEC relationships & process flows for LNP & number administration
Listings & phone book updates
Visual VM updates
LNP/NA process flows for CRM,ERP & any other systems involved with number administration.
Preferred Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Telecommunications preferred
Working knowledge of IP/VoIP/telephony related services
Working knowledge of the LSR & LNP Process
Knowledge of NANPA & Number administration
Experience with working directly with LEC’s and CLEC’s on porting issues.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written);
Must be committed, calm and professional at all times
Experience within a fast paced, detail centric environment, dealing with multiple assignments concurrently.
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must possess the ability to work well independently and without close supervision
Excellent phone skills; conflict management/dispute resolution skills
Understanding of ordering, provisioning and billing processes.
Must have a valid PA driver’s license and a good driving record
Must be able to work in a normal office environment including computer keyboard, mouse, fax, telephone, printer, and copier
Must have good visual acuity
