Do NOT add Bridge Mode at this time

  1. Create a Static IP ticket
  2. In the subject, enter CGNAT IP Needed
  3. Include the customer CPE mac.
  4. Let the customer know it may take 24-48 hours for Bridge Mode to be assigned.
  5. They will be contacted when Bridge Mode is ready to be added.
