Inform customer of the return process.

  1. A package will be shipped via USPS First Class to the customer to arrive within the next 2 to 4 days.
    • When the package arrives, the customer will disconnect the Zito modem and place it along with the power cord (unplugged from the modem) in the package which will have a return label on it.
    • That package will likely need to be dropped off at the nearest post office.
    • If the package is not received by Zito Media within 30 days, a charge of $100 will be placed on the account.
  2. Confirm email address on account and update if needed, so tracking information can be sent to the customer.
  3. Check shipping timeframe for customer’s location.

Confirm invoice address, and add apartment number, if necessary. Will customer be able to receive mail at invoice address when package arrives?
