Unplug the Extender from the outlet and from the ONU.
Take it back to close to where it was originally plugged in, but not quite as far away.
Plug the Extender in to the electrical outlet and wait for the indicator on the front to come on solid green.
Have the customer adjust the antenna’s as needed to achieve the best signal levels.
