- Check for Maintenance issue by using the following:
- Work Order Info, Tech Region, Maintenance, Maintenance, Scheduled
- Work Order Info, Tech Region, Maintenance, Maintenance, Prepared
- Look for issues with LOS flashing or on with ONUs on the same OLT or Port
If maintenance is scheduled notify customer that an area issue has been identified and note document number on the account, advise call back in 48 hours is the issue is not resolve
If no maint, Schedule Service Call, if nothing available within the next 48 hours, No Schedule a Must Do.
Why did customer call?
Place LOS Flashing, LOS on or PON on in the WO Notes depending on the situation.
