Check for Maintenance issue by using the following:
Work Order Info, Tech Region, Maintenance, Maintenance, Scheduled
Work Order Info, Tech Region, Maintenance, Maintenance, Prepared Look for issues with offline modems on same ONU/Port
If maintenance is scheduled notify customer that an area issue has been identified and note document number on the account, advise call back in 48 hours is the issue is not resolve
If no maint, Schedule Service Call, if nothing available within the next 48 hours, No Schedule a Must Do.
