Remind customer to be VERY careful when handling ONU.
DO NOT attempt to disconnect the Fiber.
Have customer ONLY reboot the ONU

Check billing for:

  1. packages
  2. outages impacting customer
  3. Serial#- correct if wrong
  4. soft disconnect- take payment and reactivate if needed
  5. Provision type= Internet Fiber Dasan
