- Look for issues with modems offline
If 3-9 customers offline on the same road, email a copy of the work order notes to esccoordinators, CC: Dispatch and CSR sups.
If 10+ with no outage alerts in Zip, email dispatch the CMTS,Mac Domain, CMAC and total number offline
