Set up Materialogic WO to have replacement modem shipped.

Suggested wording: instead of sending a tech to your home and making you wait, we can ship a modem so you don’t have to take time off or wait around” Check Shipping chart to provide estimated delivery date. NO LIGHTS ON MODEM (not ONU)

NOTE: If delivery date is more than 3 days out, customer can opt for a service call. Notify customer that if system is low on modems we may have to change this back to a shipment if the shipment will be faster. However, the customer will be notified is that happens.
