Review the Notes in ZIP and provide the information Escalations left in the notes or obtain the information needed by Escalations. Take any follow up actions as neccessary.

If the notes indicate the Escalations Coordinator needs to speak with the customer directly, Contact a supervisor for assistance.

Note the account with action taken and any comments from the customer. Email escalations with the account number in the subject and the that the customer called.
