Create an RT and note that the customer wants to disconnect Service. NOTE: Do NOT mention a Refund unless the customer asks. If the customer asks about a refund or how much they owe, let the customer know they will receive a final bill in about a month. If they are eligible for a refund, it will be processed in 8-10 weeks.
