Explain that we are still working in serveral areas

  1. Review https://www.zitomedia.net/national/north-carolina/burnsville-fiber-restoration/ with the customer to see if they close to one of those areas.
  2. Check the account to see if there is a Priority Note: IMPORTANT - search CSR DOCs for ""BURNSVILLE FIBER CONVERSION"" for instructions
  3. If the customer is not near where we are still work nor in a Conversion area, we will send someone in the next 10 days to the area so see what needs to be done to restore service. This does not mean service will be restored in that timeframe. Restoration timeframe will depend on what we find.

Create an RT and note either 1) near an areas we are still working, 2) conversion area or 3) near a restored area. Do not create a WO.
