Complete your normal troubleshooting and if a service call is necessary, set up a Must Do for Internet BUT tell the customer the must do will not be complete for up to 5 days. It will likely be completed before but we would like to under promise, but over deliver.

Add this note to the WO: Cx is paying, must do within 5 days." then add the regular notes about why the customer called and you are setting up the WO.
