- Explain that we will be around to clean up lines later this summer as we are completing restoration efforts first.
- Create RT NC (Burnsville area) Inquiries. - Be sure to select Yes to Lines down. - Note in additional notes if the lines are hindering the customer's ability to rebuild or access their property, contact a supervisor to create a WO for a noncustomer.
- Provide the RT number to the customer and request they send pictures of the lines that are down. If it crosses the road or driveway, take a picture the picure from the middle of the driveway or side of road to show the height of the line and email the pictures to support@zitomedia.net and include the RT number.
