Using the CSR Business Partner Search, search for the email in the Phone Email List field.

  1. You must start the search with a % (ex. %aimee@zitomedia.net or %aimee%)

  2. Find the account customer does not want to use for MyBillPay and change the contact email to nobox@zitomedia.com or to a different email.

  3. Sync to Portal in the non MyBillPay account

  4. Go back to MyBillPay account and Sync to Portal
