- Have the customer request a new OTP and enter it.
- Customer has 60 seconds to enter the OTP
- If they cannot find the OTP, have them check their SPAM folder and confirm no security software is blocking the email.
- The customer can also whitelist zip@zitomedia.com
- Note: Customer can only attempt this 6 times in a 24-hour period, then they have to wait before attempting again.
How to confirm the email sent
- Login to Magic Mail Admin
- Select Log Search
- Enter the customer’s email in the Recipient Address field,
- Search
- Scroll through the results until you find the Date/Time customer requested OTP. The email would be from zip@zitomedia.com to customer’s email address
- Click on this record to view Log Results
- Scroll to the bottom of the Log to view EMAIL
