  1. Have the customer request a new OTP and enter it.
    • Note: Customer can only attempt this 6 times in a 24-hour period, then they have to wait before attempting again.
  2. Customer has 60 seconds to enter the OTP
  3. If they cannot find the OTP, have them check their SPAM folder and confirm no security software is blocking the email.
  4. The customer can also whitelist zip@zitomedia.com

How to confirm the email sent

  1. Login to Magic Mail Admin
  2. Select Log Search
    • Enter the customer’s email in the Recipient Address field,
    • Search
    • Scroll through the results until you find the Date/Time customer requested OTP. The email would be from zip@zitomedia.com to customer’s email address
    • Click on this record to view Log Results
    • Scroll to the bottom of the Log to view EMAIL
