- Confirm the customer has a PIN on their account
- Confirm the customer has a valid email on the their account and Sync to Portal
- Confirm the customer’s First and Last name are spelled correctly in ZIP.
Remind the customer of the login process
- Customer will be asked to enter their email and PIN that are on the ZIP account
- A One Time Passcode will be sent to their email (because it doesn’t go to spam)
- All fields are required on the Customer Payment Screen to activate the Pay button
- The Last Payment on the Home Screen represents the Last Payment that CLEARED PROCESSING. The payment the customer makes today will not show until it clears.
- Customer should LOGOUT, not just close the window when exiting.
- Currently customer will have 60 seconds to enter the OTP, so open email before you start
