  1. Confirm the customer has a PIN on their account
  2. Confirm the customer has a valid email on the their account and Sync to Portal
  3. Confirm the customer’s First and Last name are spelled correctly in ZIP.

Remind the customer of the login process

  1. Customer will be asked to enter their email and PIN that are on the ZIP account
  2. A One Time Passcode will be sent to their email (because it doesn’t go to spam)
    1. Currently customer will have 60 seconds to enter the OTP, so open email before you start
  3. All fields are required on the Customer Payment Screen to activate the Pay button
  4. The Last Payment on the Home Screen represents the Last Payment that CLEARED PROCESSING. The payment the customer makes today will not show until it clears.
  5. Customer should LOGOUT, not just close the window when exiting.
