  1. Click on Modem or ONU to open DORA

  2. Confirm CMTS/Mac domain or OLT in outage message matches the customer's.

  3. Click on the Mac Domain and sort by Address. Locate the customer's address.

  4. If the customers around the calling customer are online, you should proceed with normal troubleshooting as the outage may not be impacting this customer.
