Copy RET note into ZIP

RETest with the phone directly connected to the MTA.

  1. verify customer is using the port listed for the number on the phone link tab
  2. ensure customer is not using any other base as a battery charger

TIP: Copy RET note into ZIP RETest using a different phone, preferably a corded phone (if possible).Is the issue resolved?
