Provide customer with the seasonal process and fees:

  1. $5 monthly for cable/internet
  2. $2 monthly for phone (if applicable)
  3. Taxes and Franchise fees may apply
  4. Regular billing will stop on the disconnect date and resume on the return date.
  5. Equipment will stay in the home
  6. No reconnect fee upon return

Note: if customer requests phone service be terminated while away, there is a $29.95 activation fee on reconnection and a new number will be assigned
