Provide customer with the seasonal process and fees:
- $5 monthly for cable/internet
- $2 monthly for phone (if applicable)
- Taxes and Franchise fees may apply
- Regular billing will stop on the disconnect date and resume on the return date.
- Equipment will stay in the home
- No reconnect fee upon return
Note: if customer requests phone service be terminated while away, there is a $29.95 activation fee on reconnection and a new number will be assigned
