1. Enter Seasonal disconnect
• Immediate No Truck if they want it today.
• Future No Truck if they want a different day.
2. Enter Seasonal reconnect – Future No Truck for the date of return
3. Update Invoice address if necessary
4. Note account with Disconnect date, reconnect date
