Enter Seasonal disconnect based off when seasonal will start by selecting one of the options below.

Customer wants Seasonal to start today

1. Add seasonal charges and create a IMMEDIATE NO TRUCK, Seasonal Maintenance work order.
2. Ensure it is approved/closed- Customer status should now be Seasonal.
3. Set up the Seasonal Reactivate- Remove Seasonal charges, add previous packages back (reg rate codes) Create Future No Truck, Reactivate work order. Set the Execution Date out to date of return.
4. Update Invoice address if necessary and note account with Seasonal start and return dates.

Customer wants Seasonal to start on future/different day

1. Add seasonal charges and create a FUTURE NO TRUCK, Seasonal Maintenance work order.
2. Set the Execution Date out to date of return. (Leave work order and drafted subscriptions prepared, the system will process it on the future date.)
3. Update Invoice address if necessary.
4. Note the account with the date the customer is wanting to reactivate service - Do not set up the seasonal return.
