1. Tell the customer you are creating a ticket and someone will follow up with them


2. Create Tier 2 Slow Speed Ticket
3. Include the following notes in the ticket


• This customer is experiencing problems with OFDM dropping out
• Downstream Speed less than 1MB

Typical conditions when this happens:

EX) only after 6pm, mainly between 9am and 4pm, only when it rains, only when the temperature rises about 60, this is the first time this has happened
