Create RT Residential Franchise Changes

Are you able to continue with the Transfer under the existing Account number? (Tech region of existing Franchise is the same as the Tech region of the new Franchise AND the packages under the existing are the same as the new)

If not, let customer know we should be able to continue with the WO within 48 hours and they should call back.
