  1. Ensure the remote is fully charged.
  2. Have the customer plug the USB dongle into the USB port in the Teleios box.
  3. Pair the remote

TIP: hold down the OK and HOME buttons at the same time. If that fails, the customer can connect a USB mouse to the teleios and go to settings → bluetooth to manually pair the remote
