Customers who are in the Walled Garden will NOT be able to use their service. Please do NOT attempt to troubleshoot or send a Refresh

Customers in the Walled Garden, CAN change their packaging. However, you MUST remove them from the WG before completing a COS Up/downgrade.

Details should include:

  1. Click Disable WG

  2. Click Create WG Work order
  3. Add/remove packages and create the COS Upgrade/Downgrade as necessary
  4. Explain to the customer that this change will restore their service TEMPORARILY. If their account is not current by the following Monday, they will be placed back into the Walled Garden Add notes: REMOVE WALLED GARDEN & changed packaging. Told customer they will be put back in the Walled Garden on the following Monday if they have not made their account current.
