Confirm modem is bridged (bridge if necessary) and educate customer on potential issues that could impact speed
- Recommend the customer download a wifi optimization app such as WiFiman, WiFi Analyzer, Wi-Fi SweetSpots to check signal strength
- Changing their channel (typically 1,6 or 11 are best if 20 Mhz channel width)
- Understanding the top speed of the slowest device compared to the speed customer is paying for.
