Is this an “At risk” customer? Meaning the situation meets one or more of the following criteria
- Calling about Service Issues and has called about Service issues (not billing) on more than 2 different days in the past week or 3 days in the past month
- Combination of more than 3 service calls, maintenance calls or outages in the past 30 days
OR
Did Escalations contact the customer & customer is calling back?
