Is this an “At risk” customer? Meaning the situation meets one or more of the following criteria

  1. Calling about Service Issues and has called about Service issues (not billing) on more than 2 different days in the past week or 3 days in the past month

  2. Combination of more than 3 service calls, maintenance calls or outages in the past 30 days

OR

Did Escalations contact the customer & customer is calling back?
