Paper Bill Layout Overview
This sample shows the main sections of a printed Zito statement and what each area means.
Previous Bill and Recent Payments
The first lines in the summary reflect your previous balance and any recent payments or credits that affected that balance.
Current Bill Charges
The middle section of the summary shows the breakdown of your current month’s charges, including service, equipment, fees, and taxes.
Total Amount Due
The total due line shows the amount currently owed on the account and the date that payment is due.
Account and Service Address Details
The upper section of the bill lists your statement date, account number, account holder name, and service address.
Detach and Return Portion
The return stub at the bottom is the section used when mailing back a payment with your statement.
What to Look For on Your Bill
Here are the most important areas customers usually need help identifying.
Amount Due
This is the full amount currently owed and should be paid by the listed due date to keep the account current.
Billing Summary
The summary combines your previous bill activity and your new current charges to show how the total balance was calculated.
Current Service Charges
This section typically includes your monthly plan, modem rental or equipment, taxes, fees, and any other recurring service charges.
Important Information Area
This section may contain notices, billing updates, support messages, or service information relevant to your account.
Payment Stub
If paying by mail, this bottom portion is usually detached and returned with your check or enclosed payment.
Account Number
Keep your account number handy when contacting support or making a payment so your account can be located more quickly.
