Previous Bill and Recent Payments

The first lines in the summary reflect your previous balance and any recent payments or credits that affected that balance.

Current Bill Charges

The middle section of the summary shows the breakdown of your current month’s charges, including service, equipment, fees, and taxes.

Total Amount Due

The total due line shows the amount currently owed on the account and the date that payment is due.

Account and Service Address Details

The upper section of the bill lists your statement date, account number, account holder name, and service address.

Detach and Return Portion

The return stub at the bottom is the section used when mailing back a payment with your statement.

Your total due is the most important number on the statement — it reflects what needs to be paid by the due date shown on the bill.
