Position Summary
Zito Business is seeking an experienced B2B telecommunications sales professional to drive new commercial revenue and expand strategic customer relationships throughout Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter and consultative seller with experience selling enterprise network solutions and managing complex sales opportunities from prospecting through implementation.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop new commercial and enterprise business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
Build relationships with executive decision makers across enterprise, healthcare, education, government, manufacturing and carrier customers.
Sell Zito’s portfolio including Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Ethernet, Fiber Transport, SD-WAN, SIP/Hosted Voice, Cloud Connectivity, Dark Fiber, Wholesale and Managed Network Services.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, contract execution and implementation.
Work closely with engineering, operations and project management to develop customer solutions.
Effectively leverage Zito’s sales and marketing ecosystem, including CRM, automated outreach campaigns, marketing-generated leads, appointment setters, and other sales enablement tools to maximize prospect engagement and sales productivity.
Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to execute outbound campaigns, follow up on qualified leads, and provide feedback that continuously improves campaign effectiveness.
Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within the CRM while actively managing marketing-generated leads through the sales pipeline.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and achieve revenue and quota objectives.
Represent Zito professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of successful B2B telecommunications or technology sales experience.
Demonstrated success selling enterprise network solutions.
History of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Established commercial customer relationships within Pennsylvania.
Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Ability to work independently from a home office while traveling throughout Pennsylvania as needed.
