1. Contact the Green Tree Estates office to request GIG fiber service.

   • If no ONU is installed, request an ONU installation.
   • If an ONU is already present, request an ONU activation.

2. If you experience service issues, schedule a service call for the next available appointment.

3. If you need to disconnect service, contact support at 1-844-396-9486 and request an immediate disconnection.

   • Ensure all equipment is returned to avoid additional fees.
   • Verify the disconnection date and confirm service termination.
