Common problems and their solutions

Hear Static

  1. Check another phone in your home for same issue.
  2. Check power and phone cables for proper connection.
  3. Power cycle modem. Unplug the power cable and plug it back in.
  4. Test your phone connection.
  5. If not already done, plug phone direct to modem and test connection.
  6. If issue is not resolved contact customer support.

Intermittent Service

  1. Check another phone in your home for same issue.
  2. Check power and phone cables for proper connection.
  3. Power cycle modem. Unplug the power cable and plug it back in.
  4. Test your phone connection.
  5. If not already done, plug phone directly into modem and test connection.
  6. If issue is not resolved contact customer support.

Hear Echo

  1. Check headset volume for feedback.
  2. Check another phone in your home for same issue.
  3. Check power and phone cables for proper connection.

No Dial Tone

Can't Call Certain Phone #

  1. Check to ensure phone # is correct.
  2. Ensure area code is entered if dialing a non-local phone #.
  3. Test phone # with different phone not on same network (Example: Cellphone).
  4. Record the time of incident.
  5. If issue is not resolved contact customer support.
