Take full payment and Remove the Walled Garden

  1. Take the full Payment
  2. Setup Autopay
  3. Click Disable WG
  4. Click Create WG Work order
  5. Create Reactivate Work order change subscription for internet action to CREATE coax or fiber
    • If a coax modem, choose clear in DORA and verify the file is set for regular subscription (ie. not 10MB/10MB)
    • If a fiber onu, create Refresh Work order (leave as Update Fiber Dasan)
  6. Confirm the customer can surf
  7. Add Notes: REMOVE WALLED GARDEN & payment was made in full
