Take full payment and Remove the Walled Garden

1. Take the full Payment
2. Setup Autopay
3. Click Disable WG
4. Click Create WG Work order
5. Create Refresh Work order, Change subscription for internet action to create coax or fiber
6. If a modem, choose clear in DORA and verify the file is set for regular subscription (ie. not 10MB/10MB)
7. Confirm the customer can surf
8. Add Notes: REMOVE WALLED GARDEN & payment was made in full
