Direct Sales Representative (Clanton, AL)

Zito Media is expanding and hiring highly professional sales people to become the best in the cable industry. As a Direct Sales Representative, you will work a flexible schedule presenting information to potential residential customers about our exciting core products/services which include HD Video, High-Speed Internet, and Digital Phone.

This is a residential, sales position where presentations are conducted to gain new business.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Work flexible hours when potential customers are home, primarily weekends and evenings
• Meet and exceed sales goals as outlined by management
• Follows company issued non customer leads
• Inputs orders directly into the system
• Follow company and direct sales policies and procedures at all times
• Maintain proper appearance and professional attitude at all times
• Submit daily reports on homes marketed, contacted, presentations and sales made
• Weekly meeting requirement via Skype
• Overnight stay may be required based on market need
• Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Knowledge:

• Prior outside sales experience preferred
• Professional and dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Must be able to have access to and use Skype
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficient time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Must have the ability to use a laptop/tablet and learn company software
• Must have the ability to work independently and be self motivating
• Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and provide proof of auto insurance.
• Applicants must undergo a background check and drug screening.

This position allows for unlimited earning potential based on performance. We are proud to offer a base salary, lucrative commission structure, car and cell phone allowance.
