Common problems and their solutions

All Channels Are Out

  1. Check another TV in your home for same issue.
  2. Check coaxial, power, and any video cables for proper connection.
  3. Power cycle cable box. Unplug the power cable and plug it back in.
  4. Check to insure TV is set to proper input.*Analog only - run channel scan.
  5. If issue is not resolved contact customer support.

Single Channel out

Not Authorized Message

Remote Won't Work

  1. Exchange the batteries.
  2. Select STB button on remote.
  3. Check for possible obstructions not allowing the remote signal to reach the cable box.

What does your bill mean?

  1. Local Channel Costs - This is the amount that the content owners charge us for the local off air affiliate channels in your lineup (i.e. ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, CW)
  2. Cable Programming Costs - This is the amount that the content owners charge us for the channels that are not covered by the local channel costs line item
  3. Zito Service Delivery - This charge is to cover the cost of providing the video service to your home. It covers labor, power, pole rent, gas and the other costs incurred in delivering video service to the area
